Barbara,

Can you please advise how this works if you are relocating.   I have
read the literature and cannot determine if that means actually moving
the structure that was your home to another location or if that means
moving your family out of the location to another home, out of the
particular flood-prone area.   The section on relocation is not very
specific.

made by either federal or local government, not at the time of the
flood.
So, you would have to have an active flood policy at the time the order
is
made to raise or destroy the home.  I wish I knew when the guidelines
will
be finalized, but we don't know either.  Please let me know if you have
any
other questions.
