All home owners in Corinne Estates Subdivision are asked to contact Ray 
and Karen  Bouffine at 504-810-5862 ASAP, even if you are not a member 
of the homeowners association or have your house for sale. They are 
trying to compile current email addresses and phone nos. so that all 
homeowners can communicate with one another and the CECA.

For example, all  home owners are invited to attend a gathering on 
Saturday, Dec. 31 at 7pm hosted by Dave and Sheilah Goodsen at at the 
Kickstand Cafe at 690 Lafitte Street near Woodrow St. in Mandeville. 
It's BYOL and bring a party food item to share. This is a great 
opportunity to discuss the many issues facing all homeowners.

  Also, if your house was rated more than 30 percent damaged, you will 
need a second opinion from a civil engineer stating whether or not it 
is structurally sound. If the second opinion says it is sound, you will 
need the engineer's  written report to bring to the parish permit 
department in order to get plumbing, electrical, etc. permits. The 
Kellers have some further information especially for Corinne Estates
