Is there a phone no. or email address to request removal of white 
goods? Corinne Avenue has several refrigerators festering on the 
neutral ground and sidewalks for the past three weeks that have not 
been removed. It's smelling like a bio-hazard and although other debris 
is being removed, the refrigerators and their food contents are still 
lingering.
