The area I am estimating is about 200 - 300 feet from the canal right of
way.  Remember this is just discussions at this point and will likely be
some time before it gets to any serious level.

What about the back end of Corinne Estates from Magistrate to the 40 arpent
canal?  The homes right on the canal are pretty devastated, as well as the
interiors of others in the subdivision.
