You may want to contact my old employer about advertising.  (St. Bernard
Telephone Directory)  They may be able to put together a scaled downed
inexpensive directory together that may eliviate some of the signage.
Businesses who were interested could advertise and maybe list some other
pertanant information for the parish.  I know there really wouldn't be major
distribution, but a maybe have a pick up point for these directories at the
