[StBernard] Curfew - Returning home soon

	Is there still a curfew in St. Bernard?  If so, how do you get
around it,
	when returning home each day from work.

No one ever stopped us from entering or leaving, but people get stopped, we
hear, to ask for ID. We only take the major thoroughfare after dark as one
should not be caught in an area not their own. So we dont even go visit
brother's house etc except in day light.
