Removing as much evidence as they can.  I have said all along while oil may
favor one direction to spread (perhaps due to a current), it will still
disperse in all directions.  That is why I have known all along that the oil
spill/contamination spread east in Meraux and God knows how far east of
that.  You see, the oil spread heavily into the forty arpent canal moving
eastward, then southward into the neighborhood below the canal by the rising
waters....common sense.

If I were you I would hurry up and hire and independent soil analyst to
gather samples on your property site and all around Lexington.  Everyone in
Meraux should do the same, particularly if you lived between Judge Perez and
the forty aprent.
