Mike, while you're at it, send the team to Plaza St. North of
Genie..Murphy's oil did a number in the neighborhood and sediment "moved
into the hood" (so to speak). Yet, maps lack info on it. I'd be willing to
bet that before it's over, lots of property will be Murphy's company...

We have confirmed that none of Murphy's contractors are working outside of
our defined spill area west of the refinery. 

Yesterday, I stopped a Bobcat operator who was scraping dirt between the
street and sidewalk on Lamarque. He confirmed that he works for Apex
Construction, a subcontractor to United Recovery Group. URG is working
either for FEMA or the parish, I'm not sure which. 

Anyway, it ain't us.
