Nancy made a statement that after your house is gutted or cleaned you would
have to sign a demolition form. I don't mean to question her but is this
accurate?
I've also seen on the demolition form a statement holding the gutters(so to
speak) libel-less if they threw out anything of value or just something you
may have wanted to keep.No problem.
My problem is I haven't seen or heard a statement which frees the owner of
liability if someone is hurt while cleaning your home.
