[StBernard] chocolate and vanilla

Well, we do after all have some chocolate sprinkles in our vanilla parish.
Those Lakeview residents must feel real special, being the vanilla icing
(i.e. paying the taxes).
What do you think about that vague apology? I think he spoke his (little)
mind on Monday. Too bad we all cant get along. Living in the US, I did learn
that racism seems to start with the black community, or at least is being
kept alive by them. Why in the world is that?
