[StBernard] Insurance Question

i know this is an insurance question but, many of your readers are so
informative... i have received my flood settlement the kept some of the
money and called it recoverable depreciation and i able to recover it if i
rebuild?   they also kept some of it and called it nonrecoverable
depreciation. all help is appreciated.
