[StBernard] meter pans

i was in the parish today (Sunday) and there was a crew of fema workers
installing meter pans for fema trailers.  he had 12 on his trailer bed and
he mentioned there was another crew working in the area.  On my way leaving
out the parish i also saw another truck with a set of pans in the Chalmette
area.  thought i would pass this along.
