[StBernard] LRA Executive Director's Statement Regarding the BakerBill

Obviously, Mr. Bush did not "see".  I really don't think he walked through
St. Bernard neighborhoods or the ninth ward or eastern New Orleans.  Instead
of giving his address from the cathedral, he should have given it in front
of someone's destroyed home. But, then again, he probably did not even see
any of the destroyed homes.  I hope someone brought Laura Bush around the
area instead of just to the school.
