Gaby,

I don't know what insurance company you have or how your policy reads, maybe

it is hanover cause that company really is bad. But the things they are
saying about as soon as water touching the fence and the roof those things
are not covered, I would read the policy again very carefully and maybe see
a lawyer. You can tell them that according to their thinking, the water that

touched a fence that was on the ground, was destroying property that had
already been destroyed by the wind. You can't destroy it twice. When it was
blown down, they should obligated to pay for it at that point. Of course
they are just trying to get out of paying. And if you just go away, then
they did get out of paying, fight them. You do have recourse, and it is time

consuming and a real pain, but you may get a lot more out of it in the long
run. They are hoping you will get tired and give up. Keep trying and good
luck.
