I introduced legislation to address the conversion of previous private
residential homes to rental homes.  It is scheduled to be further discussed
and voted on in February.  My stance is that the conversion of these homes
to rental properties will undermine the reoccupation of the parish and
further disrupt the standard of rebuilding.
