Well...after Dubya's rather lackluster state of the union message and the
all of 15 seconds covering Katrina/Rita recovery, I propose that THIS film
and Randy's song be the new Louisiana state song.  While I know it has
mostly NOLA scenes the song's the thing.  It should be required (how?) to be
shown anytime Louisiana, Katrina, Rita are mentioned and should be REQUIRED
viewing by all FEMA employees!!!
