Is it true or a rumor that St. Bernard is going to allow 9th ward residents
to 
 
put a FEMA trailer city at Rowley School??? 
 
If this is true the residents of St. Bernard need to know this information,
this could 
 
seriously affect the decision we are facing as to  rebuild in the ''Parish''
or move to 
 
another parish.
