I assume that if we already settled with Murphy but they have not completed
the terms of the settlement (testing the interior and exterior of the home
and providing the results; draining and cleaning the swimming pool), that
the ruling has no effect on us and we are free to continue to contact Murphy
to complete the settlement terms, or do you have a different take on this?
