[StBernard] Officials Unhappy With Bush's State of the Union Speech

Tee hee! .. I've always said that a good march is better than none. I also
proposed that officials should go arm-in-arm down Pennsylvania avenue to the
White House to demand proper attention with support be administered to our
area and others. I can read the signs: "Back the Baker Bill-It's a matter of
life and breath!"  or "JR of St. Bernard for 2008!" or perhaps, "When the
chips were down, all we got were those from a bull!"

This movement is unprecedented in history coming from a disaster. Ignorance
is no excuse for not giving people hope. Ignoring St. Bernard is depriving
us of our inherent right to "life, liberty, and an American way of life in
"Dis here U.S. of A.!"

It'll be interesting to see how this pans out...
