[StBernard] Class Action Suit*@!*@!

There has to be a way through the courts to opt out of the class action suit
and deal directly with Murphy.  Does anyone out there know how this can be
done without getting a private lawyer?  Can the court be petitioned directly
by an individual to have his name removed from the class action suit?  We
were ready to settle and feel the rug has been pulled out from under us
taking away our individual right to negotiate.
