Loss of Use -
 
If the parish had another mandatory evacuation for Rita why wouldn't the 2
weeks provided on a homeowner policy prevail?  Of course it would be subject
to any deductible against the windstorm section of the policy I'm sure
because it would be considered a separate claim than Katrina.
