 Wendy, if what you say is possible, why haven't the "experts" and
know-it-alls reviewed this to date? If they haven't thought of it, why
haven't you approached them as a plan of action of restoration with the
authoraties in charge of planning? If land restoration is a win-win with
this concept, wouldn't the planners be stupid not to reverse the
trend/erosions with positive impacts?

Just curious as to whether implimentation has not been met to date
concerning this concept...
