What we have is a height requirement issue and a site plan issue.  We are
working on language to address the desire for many people who wish to raise
the height and look of the homes.  We will have an answer shortly.

If you rebuild a house from the ground up how high can you raise the house?
If you build a house in a subdivision can you raise the house 4' or higher?
What are the building ordnances that are in place now?
