I'm like everyone else -- I WANT TO GO HOME but I don't know what to do.  I
live in Carolyn Park.  I'm willing to have my home torn down and rebuild up
to code.  But, will I be able to or  will I be in the buy out?  I hate going
through this expense for nothing. Your honest opinion means a lot to me.
