We will miss the community of St. Bernard, but work is taking us out of
town.  We are selling our house at 3825 Karen Drive in Chalmette.  It's 2
story, three bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs. The water did not reach the
ceilings downstairs.  The neighborhood is coming back and just about
everyone on the block was working on their houses.  It has already been
inspected and certified by a structural engineer and the paperwork is on
file with the parish.
