If you are going to keep your house but not live in it- the biggedt issue
will be if it appears livable- doors and windows in place, grass cut,
overall appearance as close to pre-storm or at code compliant level.  This
will buy you more time as you decide what to do.
 
The idea will be to keep houses out of an abandoned or blighted state.
While it may take some time, we will evalute the houses that are still
standing to assure a high level of recovery over time.
