Let me add my two cents.  I tried to get Hartford to issue a check in my
name only, they told me that due to legal issues they could not, so my check
was issued to myself, the primary mortgager and the second mortgager.  It is
just a "Catch 22".

SBA will tell you no, you didn't have to pay off your mortgage. They told us
we could have called the insurance co to have them re-issue the check
without the mortgage co's name on the check.
