Dear Westley,

It's news homeowners in flooded areas in Greater New Orleans have been
praying for.
Sean Riley with the Louisiana Recovery Authority told WWL's Garland
Robinette that state officials are making significant headway in talks with
the White House. Riley said, "We're getting real close to an agreement that
could help 165,000 homeowners that were flooded-both inside & outside the
flood plane."

If you missed it-hear it at wwl.com Look left; click on the audio blog and
listen to "Robinette and Riley."

It's one of the most important legislative sessions in Louisiana history.
Join Garland Robinette live from the state capitol in Baton Rouge at the
"Special Session" weekdays 2 to 5 on the BIG 870 WWL!
