I agree with your concern. In the redevelopment issue such as a golf
course, the idea would be that your property would still have to be bought.
The ideal scenario would be for the property to be funded by a private
buyout which is not insurance limited. The other part of the proposal is
that there will be some homes that may fit in the footprint for
redevelopment and will not be touched. It is an absolute that we will not
take the property without appropriate compensation. We undoubtedly will
have to work through many situations such as this. The best plan is if we
are able to follow the pattern of the initial Baker Bill which allows
compensation for redevelopment without insurance benefit deduction.
