I couldn't agree with you more.  I am pushing for us to give a defintitive
plan so people can know the situation.  I have asked that we have a plan to
the public by the end of the month.

I live in the oil spill area, Gallo Dr. This is what scares me, I am making
plans to start a rebuild, doors, windows, etc and I hear talk of a buyout.
When will we get definite answers. More people would start a rebuild if the
parish will make a plan and commit to it.
