What are you proposing for the area south of Genie in relation to buying out
the oil spill area  ? It seems as if the oil spill miraculously stopped at
Genie in some areas.  (Is it a coincidence Corinne Estates north & south of
Genie was offered buyouts  & that the lawyer for Murphy lives there ?) Being
caught between Genie & the Florida area corridor doesn't leave much room for
houses.
