I don't want to spread any more misery, but AIG has a lot of problems.  They
recently had to pay several million dollars in fines for some type of
corporate shenanigans.

Right now, I believe they are one step above Enron.

Audubon's parent company is American International Group, Inc.  I've noticed
in news articles that they have been one of the worst insurance companies to
deal with in the aftermath of Katrina.  Here is a link to a recent news
article in USA Today on the story of one woman's battle with Audubon
