I can not tell you anything for sure- The decision will be made in the next
few weeks as the council and administration fight our way into a consensus
decision.
 
I know how difficult it is to wait longer for us, but we must satisfy each
council member's need for comprehensive planning.
 
It seems as though we will set a plan in the next 30 days- I was hopeful for
the end of the month, but at least we have set a target date to get
together.
