Jer,  I am with you.  Stay away from MY STUFF !  You can have whatever is
trashed, but stay away from anything not in the trash pile & definately stay
away from my home....from the sidewalk to the end of the lot. And with our
luck, if someone burns it down,  the insurance company will refuse to paying
saying it was arson on our part.
