   I couldn't agree more. I have been fighting with my boyfriend's
concerning the content of his attic, with only 4ft of water, you would think
there would be no question, but there has. Who did you finally call about
the content? I have been dealing with New York as of late, they finally got
me an adjustor who handled the house thing, in a fair, and I believe
generous way. But you are right, Audubon is a B#@ch!!!!
