[StBernard] Mexican gangs

Any body hearing of trouble by Mexicans?   I'm hearing word of gangs 
terrorizing and robbing and also living in St. Bernard.  I'm feel sure that
the St. Bernard police will not tolerate this.  I haven't slept in St.
Bernard in over 6 months and really want to, but am concerned.
