SECOND COMMUNITY MEETING

Meeting to Focus on Business

 

 

          State Representative Nita Rusich Hutter announces the second
community meeting for residents of St. Bernard Parish.  The event will be
held on Saturday, March 4 from 10 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at Nunez Community
College.  The meeting will be located in the library on the second floor of
the Arts and Science Building.

           The Secretary of Louisiana Economic Development, Mr. Michael J.
Olivier, will be the guest speaker who will advise business owners of
opportunities that are available to them through Louisiana Economic
Development.      

          In addition, Parish President Henry J. Rodriguez, Jr., and
Councilman Craig P. Taffaro, Jr., will provide an update from the local
government.   Dr. Tommy Warner, Chancellor of Nunez Community College, will
also provide information regarding the college's status.
