[StBernard] State Buyout and Florida Corridor

 Curious observation:

I've recently seen the blighted, devestated homes in the 9th
ward/lower/upper.

In these conditions, wouldn't new planning forge ahead and consider getting
the blighted/destroyed properties in a corridor that would link up to
I-610/I-10 in Gentilly? Or, would the state be that broke that future
planning eliminate this opportunity to do so?
