[StBernard] Trash and Stuff

That's terrible Jill, I feel for you. Everything is being impossibly
difficult when we should be getting a break. The red tape is getting way too
thick. I am not looking forward to moving back but have no choice. I would
go ahead and do what you gotta do; my husband is replacing our gas lines and
when Atmos turns it on and finds out we are using it, then they can come and
inspect it their own damnselves. Luv, Mud

OK, we are being asked to cleanup our houses. Now someone's stating
that
there is a Judge's order for the parish not to pick up from Jacob to
Paris
Rd and that it's Murphy's responsibility.

I don't want to call Murphy to pick up my trash. I don't want to
hang on the
line to contact the gas company, the telephone company or anybody
else to
find out what their current flow time is or there plans to bring up
their
utilities in a specific area. This information should be published
through
the parish and kept current. What's happened? We shouldn't be
getting info
through word or mouth which is what seems to be the norm.

Just this week I went to my house and someone elses hot water heater
and
stove was on my property. Everytime I go there, there is always more
debris
that does not belong to me. I'm on a busy corner where the trucks
are
cutting through to St. Bernard Hwy and stuff is falling off of some
of them
such as tree limbs and other trash.

Since groundrules keep changing from day to day it's getting
difficult to
make the total commitment to rebuild. I'm starting to think like so
many
others and get out.

If it wasn't from Craig T. and Westly we would always be in the
dark.
Thanks to both of you.

Jill Dolese
