i am in the process of trying to get the 'relocation loan' from sba.  my
home on judy drive will be included in the mortgage from sba along with my
new home.  this means that if i sell judy drive, the proceeds will go to sba
to pay down the loan i will have with them.   now, i haven't been assigned a
loan officer yet (4 months later), but i want to find out if the sba will
recast my loan with them if and when i am able to sell judy drive and put
those proceeds towards the loan.  meaning, as an example, if i could sell
judy drive for 30,000., and i take that money to put down on the loan i have
with sba for 169,000, would they then recast my payments based on a loan of
139,000.??  that would be great for me......as soon as i find out the
answer, i will post it!!
