The way that the process works is to be assigned through the FEMA assignment
process- When a person informs FEMA that they are not able to go in front of
their home, they are then assigned to a trailer group site.

About those extra trailers  :)   where would a person go to see about
getting one of those in the site by Rowley School - I thought I'd be back
home for my birthday (today 3/5)  but looks like I didn't make it -  any
information you can give would be greatly appreciated.  FEMA says they don't
know what sites are available in the parish
