Madary calls for meeting of residents from Benjamin and Cougar Drives to
discuss possible buyout program; New Phone numbers announced for Parish
Information Center 

 
St. Bernard Parish Council member Mark Madary is asking residents of
Benjamin and Cougar Drives in Carolyn Park in Arabi to attend a meeting at 9
a.m. Saturday, March 11, to get their input on possible buyouts of property
under the federal Hazard Mitigation program. 
 
The meeting will be in the St. Bernard Parish Council trailer office,
located next to the Parish Information Center trailer, both of which are
directly behind the parish government complex. 
 
The mitigation program is a voluntary program.

The St. Bernard Parish Information Center, the gray trailer office with a
wooden deck and which is located immediately behind the parish government
complex, has announced new telephone numbers. 
 
They are (504) 278-4285, 278-4295 and 278-4206. All numbers are effective
immediately.
