[StBernard] Gangs Infiltrating the New Orleans area

 The FBI has confirmed very increasing incidents of gangs infiltrating the
New Orleans, St. Bernard Parish, etc. areas. Seems they see it as a
lucrative business for their drugs, and other gang-related crimes using
"legitimate businesses" like the opportunity of home cleanups and rebuilding
to establish themselves. Many are professional carpenters, gutters, and
rebuilders "moon-lighting" while establishing their real goals: drugs/gang
activities, etc. Thus many of the reports issued previously may be truthful.
