You are correct.  Keep in mind that the maps for elevation are not due to
change for anywhere from another 8 months to 14 months.

Craig,  I'm waiting to hear whether I'll have an elevation requirement
before making a decision about demolition.  Based on what you wrote, it
looks like even though FEMA takes longer than March 31 (imagine that!) to
come up with the elevation plan, we would still be able to sign up for
demolition.  Is that correct?
