citizens from the MRGO, levees, and other waterways...what is the point in
rebuilding...

Rebuilding needs to begin with a bigger and better levee system...and
closing the MRGO...doing "something" better... to keep a disaster such as
Katrina from ever happening again...2-3 ft of water is bad enough...but
12feet -20ft...sitting in homes for weeks...is absolutely shameful...

Protection from everything related to storms...as we know...is
impossible...however...by many accounts...this disaster was certainly
preventable...
