[StBernard] Buy-out -- Is this correct

Leslie,

It isn't meant to penalize anyone as much as it is meant to provide an
incentive. I know that there are hundreds of scenarios that one plan will
not fit for everyone- mandatory employment relocation is certainly a just
cause to move away. The suggestion is being made as a point that an
incentive program has to be in place, whatever that might be.

I do hope things work out for everyone, both moving back and not. It will
be a trying time for some time to come. I for one do not want to hurt
anyone in there recovery.

Good Luck and God Bless,
Craig

In response to this buyout proposal, how can you penalize people to get less
if they move out of the parish. You think we can stay without jobs? My
husbands job transferred him and us to Birmingham, AL.
It was this or lose his job. I would love to go back to my home with my
neighbors and have what I had, but because I can't, lets go ahead and give
the people less for relocation. I think this is harsh!!!
