Subject - Buy out is this correct?
 
Craig instead of an incentive for people to receive more renumeration for
relocating elsewhere in the parish and penalizing those that had to move
away, consider making the newly built dwelling excempt from any property
taxs for a specific amount of years to be determined.  Based on current cost
and pricing of homes any newly built dwelling would definitely exceed the
ceiling of the homestead exception. Not to mention that it's almost a
definite that the property taxes will be raised to finance services of the
infrastructure.
