Pete you need to get a grip on yourself and realize what you are proposeing.
This does not make sense.  Why can't they rehire the laidoff men and women,
get them a trailer, and put them in strategic locations around the parish?
Everything you are saying goes against everything that St. Bernard has
always stood for.  For the people, by the people, of the people.  If we
would have wanted someone from outside to come in and run things, we would
have sarted a long time ago.  KEEP ST. BERNARD LOCAL
