[StBernard] New Plan

I know it will be recorded but don't know when it will be made available to
the public.
 
I was at the one Friday night, and it was recorded as well.
 
This plan is phenomenal - would definitely take St. Bernard into the 21st
century, which at this point is the only way to go.  I know a lot of people
"just want the way the parish back the way it was," but if we don't make
serious changes, the parish will continue on its slow demise.
