[StBernard] Opt out of Class Action suit

Ok, this makes it easier. I am NOT in Murphy's map, but Judge V's extended
one.

Murphy will not talk with me (in fact, they're call center is telling me (or
all, perhaps) that it takes as much as 6 months for a response from them as
they are overworked). One tells me "they'll get back tomorrow with me"<G>.

Therefore, it seems like a snowjob a year after last year's snow. Probably
not talking to people who are NOT in their map, but although not recognizing
Judge V's map as a factual one, has recognized the changed boundary victims
as "poisoned" by the court by including them in the class action. This by
its very action, alienates or ostracizes me/the extended homeowners from the
truth, and/or possible determination and peace of mind that all is well.

Craig mentioned something about proposing a notion to them, but unless we
spend additional badly needed money and resources, we'll be ostracised in
our finances and perhaps health because of that attitude that "we're not
talkin'!"
